The theater of Dansmakers Amsterdam is multifunctional, it has a flexible setup. The hall has a maximum capacity of 500 people, in theater setup the capacity is 148 seats.

Dansmakers Amsterdam is an industrial and contemporary-style location in the newly renovated Stork factory on the river IJ in Amsterdam North. Old elements of the factory are still visible in our different rooms. The location is located in the old Kromhouthal, next to the Stork and The Escape Room, parking is free.
Wedding, party, meeting & Congress
The IJpodium features a theatre hall with lobby, bar and kitchen. There is a spacious and sunny meeting venue, changing rooms, sanitary and blacked out studio. The spaces are separate or can be joined to form a large industrial room with all facilities. In the summer we open the façade open ports. An ideal location for conferences or company events, or a place for an inspiring meeting, brainstorming sessions, training sessions and presentations with a spectacular view over the river IJ. The VPRO, Kemna Productions, Jakob Ahlbom, chocolate Club, National Ballet and Amsterdam School of the arts were here as well.
